Delivery, Refund & Return Policy
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of purchase. If you provide the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We use a road based courier company that will deliver to most metropolitan areas in 1 – 4 days.
Orders sent via courier service can only be delivered to physical address. For Post office box deliveries we will use Australia Post services. All shipments are insured, however condition of items should be inspected for damage prior to signing for receipt.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Waters Co Australia if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a
replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched
at our discretion after initial enquiry with delivery service. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
REFUND POLICY & 30 DAY GUARANTEE
Should you receive a product that you believe is not what was ordered or does not meet your expectation, we shall replace the item or refund the item purchase value (excluding initial delivery fees) at our discretion provided the item is returned in original undamaged condition to:
