      Hi Dimi,

      We have a Neutral option without the essential oil, however, all of our shower filters do have the vitamin C (which is the part that removes the chlorine) and collagen. So if you didn't want these components either, then this is not the product for you.

      Does not always releases its lavender scent

      Sometimes it releases lavender scent and other times nothing at all , it will be hard for me to know when the cartridge is empty. The water feels softer and less hair loss when washing my hair, I would have given 5 stars but the fact that it doesn’t smell always lavender and it will be hard to determine if it needs to be replaced or not made me to give 4 stars

      Hi Angela,

      If you take the shower head out of the bracket and hold it upside down, it will clear any blockage and you will find that the lavender scent will come back.

      Lavender shower filter

      As I am in a rental I am unable to have filtered water everywhere but I can in my shower. It was simple to install myself and it makes my skin and hair feel fresh and soft and has a lovely smell.

      Lavender Shower head

      Really enjoying it, love the smell.My experience with Waters Co.is always good. I have a bench top water filter from Waters Co and it is absolutely amazing and easy to look after and change filters etc.
