It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of purchase. If you provide the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense or subsidised rate. Waters Co are unable to amend address information once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. Any amendments need to be made by the recipient/customer with the delivery/courier company.
We use road based courier companies that will deliver to most metropolitan areas in 1 – 4 days. Orders sent via courier service can only be delivered to physical address. For Post office box deliveries we will use Australia Post services.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Waters Co Australia if an order does not arrive.
It is the customers responsibility to track order progress and as the recipient, liaise with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost or damaged in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately (See Replacement items).
Damage in transit:
All shipments are insured, however condition of items should be inspected for damage prior to signing for receipt. Once an item has been signed for, this is an acceptance of the product being delivered in good order and the courier company acting on behalf of Waters Co Australia being relieved of any insurance obligation for damage sustained in transit.
Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion after initial enquiry lodgement by recipient with delivery service, otherwise we need to wait until the inquiry is finalised.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Should you receive a product that you believe is not what was ordered or does not meet your expectations, we shall replace the item or refund the item purchase value (excluding initial delivery fees) at our discretion provided the item is returned in original undamaged condition.
