Can I cancel?

You can cancel any time online, you do not need to email Waters Co.

What is the subscription?

Waters Co uses the Recharge subscription platform. You will receive an email with your login. The subscription is designed to simplify your replacement set at the timeline required to keep your filter running at peak performance.

Why is the subscription replacement set cost incorrect?

Currently, there is a coding error between the Recharge app and our Shopify store. This is not the value that will display in your profile when you login.

Do you charge me for access to the subscription?

We do not charge you for access to your subscription portal.

Do you have a cancellation fee if I no longer want a subscription?

We do not have a subscription cancellation fee.

Why do I need a subscription?

Waters Co Australia uses this platform to simplify the renewal of replacement filters.

  • Filters should be changed on time throughout the suggested filter life. These spare filters and the schedule are included with your purchase. These spares are your consumables — once they are all used, a replacement filter set is required.

This subscription means the system's filters do not go over time, keeping it running smoothly and working optimally.

What can I do within the Recharge app?

Once you are logged in, the portal allows you to cancel your subscription at any time, and to edit any of the following:

  • Frequency
  • Review upcoming order
  • Add one-off purchases to an upcoming order
  • Profile information, email address, phone number, postal address
  • View cost of subscription purchase
  • Change your payment method
  • View subscription purchase history
